Here at JCLA we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the purchases that you have made.
With that in mind, purchases made online with JCLA may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of receipt of the merchandise to the following address.

- Items that have not had an animal inside it are eligible for returns. The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, have the tags attached and be accompanied with the original invoice.
- Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
- You will receive a merchandise exchange or full refund minus a ten (10) percent restocking fee.
- Items that do not comply with the above policy will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you do ship such items back to,JCLA , we will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. If you do not have the original invoice we will not be able to complete the return.
- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. To ensure that orders are shipped as promptly as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed.
- JCLA will not re-ship/refund/or replace any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.
- In the rare event the contents of your package were damaged in transit, please email email@example.com within 2 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please note we cannot accept any claims for in-transit damages past this time frame. You must keep all original packaging for inspection by the courier.
- If the request meets our return criteria, you will be issued an RA number, via email, which MUST be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of your package.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny credits if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy criteria above.

- Purchases of JCLA products made from other online or brick and mortar stores are to be dealt with directly by the store that you purchased from. We cannot service customers who did not buy directly from JCLA's online stores or pet expos. A receipt is always required.
- If you are returning merchandise that is not defective but you have changed your mind, you may pay to ship the unused item back and recieve a store credit. You must first contact customer care and get approval before shipping the goods back.
