• In the event the contents of your package were damaged in transit, Please email customercare@jclaboutique.com within 2 days of receipt of the merchandise.
• Please note we cannot accept any claims for in-transit damages past this time frame.  You must keep all original packaging for inspection by the courier.
• If the request meets our return criteria, you will be issued an RA number, via email, which MUST be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of your package.
• We must receive the authorized merchandise for return NOT LATER than 7 days after the merchandise has been sent.
• You will receive a merchandise exchange or full refund minus a ten (10) percent restocking fee.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  We reserve the right to deny credits if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy criteria.

Do you ship to my country?

The most economical way for you to order is to locate a JCLA retailer in your country. JCLA products are availabe throughout the USA in high end pet boutiques and gift stores.  International stores include: BC Canada, Quebec, Japan, Hawaii, Scotland, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, and Austria. Please check our Retail page for the most current retailers as the list continues to grow.  We are happy to ship internationally but you must supply valid ID and proof of your credit card being present during the transaction. We also accept international money orders.  For security purposes we can not ship product overnight or 3 day express to countries outside of the USA.

What are my payment choices? 

During the checkout process you may choose a payment option and place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? 

Shipping is automatically calculated  prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offerd Shipping Method choices and their prices.  We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
